Reservations can be made through:

Confirmation will be provided to your email upon booking.

⏰ Arrival

Guests should arrive at the meeting location about 15 minutes prior to departure. Your guide will be there 30 minutes early for check-ins, walk-up guests, directions to nearby restrooms and beverages, and any pre-tour questions.

Running late? Please call or text us at 904-557-3189. If we can't wait, we'll help you locate and join the tour when you arrive.

🎒 What To Bring

  • Comfortable footwear — Amelia Island is mostly flat, but the sidewalks and streets in our historic district are occasionally... historic.
  • Helmets are required for all bike tours — no exceptions. Rentals are available.
  • Water and beverages — stay hydrated out there!
  • Your camera — you'll want it.
  • Your dog! 🐾 Four-legged friends are welcome on walking tours. Please be mindful of city leash laws and pet clean-up ordinances.

🗺️ Tour Locations & Times

Standard times and locations are listed below, but tours curated specifically for your timeframe and interests are available — just call or email!

  • Walking Tours (2 hours) — Tours begin and end in front of the Amelia Island Welcome Center at 102 Centre Street.
  • Bicycle Tours (2+ hours) — Tours begin and end in front of the Atlantic Recreation Center across from Ft. Clinch, 2500 Atlantic Avenue.
  • Trolley Tours (90 minutes) — Private Trolley Tours are booked by phone or email - contact us to arrange pickup and drop-off locations to best suit your needs.

📅 Cancellation & Refund Policy

Island Girl Tours & Entertainment Events strives to balance flexibility for customers while protecting our business from last-minute cancellations.

Walking & Biking Tours

  • Cancellations with 48+ hours notice: full refund
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee
  • Rescheduling with 48+ hours notice: no penalty
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours: subject to availability and may incur a fee

Trolley Tours

  • Requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking
  • Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance for a partial refund

No-Shows

  • No-shows will not be refunded. Failure to arrive without prior notice forfeits payment.

Weather Cancellations

  • We tour in light rain — walking, biking, and trolley tours all continue in typical Florida weather
  • In the event of severe weather, your tour may be canceled for safety. You will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
